How do I book an appointment online?
Search for your practitioner by name, specialty or municipality, pick an available time slot in their calendar, sign in or create your patient account, then confirm your appointment. You receive a confirmation by e-mail right away.
Is booking an appointment free of charge?
No, booking online on Doctipro is 100% free for patients, with no hidden fees. You only pay for your consultation, directly to the practitioner.
How do I cancel my appointment?
Sign in to your patient space: if the practitioner allows online cancellation, a "Cancel" button appears next to your upcoming appointment. After the deadline set by the practitioner, please contact the practice directly by phone.
How do I create my patient account?
Click "Create a patient account", enter your Luxembourg CNS number (13 digits) or your foreign number, fill in your details, then confirm the verification code received by SMS. Your account is active immediately.
Will I receive a reminder?
Yes. You receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as you book, then an automatic reminder by e-mail or SMS 24 hours before your appointment.
Is my health data protected?
Yes. Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR, hosted in Europe and encrypted. It is never shared with third parties without your consent: only you and the practitioners you consult have access to it.
